Making Trip Reservations
Call the Rileys at 870-425-4221 and we will assist in helping you plan your trip.
We try to answer every phone call but we are LAND LINE ONLY so please leave a message for us to call you back, Or… you can book online.
How to Book Online
No Money or Deposit is Required to Block the Calendar for a Pending Reservation.
Navigate to our lodging page, and select the rental property that will best fit you and your group.
Then, scroll to the calendar at the bottom of the page.
PENDING reservations are marked in YELLOW.
CONFIRMED reservations are marked in RED.
Click “Book It” and fill out all required fields then click “Submit”.
A “Pending” (YELLOW) reservation will automatically block your dates.
An E-mail will be sent to the Rileys with your reservation and information.
The Rileys will respond to your request by e-mail or phone call to review the details of your trip.
A follow up e-mail will be sent to you confirming the details along with links, maps and other info for your convenience.
A Deposit may be required to show your reservation marked as “CONFIRMED” (RED) on our calendar.
If you have stayed with the Rileys, no deposit is required to have your reservation marked on the calendar as CONFIRMED (RED).
If you have NOT stayed with the Rileys, then a deposit of approximately 25% of the total should be mailed to the Rileys by Money Order or Check.
The Rileys will notify you upon the receipt of the deposit and they will change the online calendar from PENDING (YELLOW), to CONFIRMED (RED).

We prefer that you reserve cabins for a 2-night minimum especially over the weekends. We will accept 1-night reservations upon short notice availability and conditionally.
3 night minimum / in-season rates apply.
Holidays include: Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
A 14 day cancellation notice is required to have deposit refunded.
Late cancellation less than 14 days may have deposit refunded if bookings are resold.
If bookings are not re-sold, the deposit will be kept & rain-checked for a future visit to be used toward River Services.
Refunds for early departures or inclement weather will be handled on a case by case basis.
(Please do not trust the weather channel forecasts!)
If you are coming with a large group it is advised to take individual deposits from your group to get them committed for the trip so you do NOT have to cancel.
Cancellations need to be made by phone, person to person.
Please Note: Phone messages or email cancellations are not accepted without a reply from the Rileys.
The Ozark Mountain air is good for pets! Riley’s is a perfect pet friendly outdoor vacation. Run, hike, and swim with your dog. Access thousands of acres of hiking and a wonderful river playground out the door of your cabin.
$10 per Night per Pet. Pet policy may vary by lodge. Read individual lodge descriptions for details.
A few simple rules for bringing your pet:
– You must have prior approval from Riley’s on all pets.
– Clean after your pets in cabins. We have lint brushes if you need one.
– Do not leave them unattended in cabins. Use a pet crate.
– Any damage done by your pet will be billed to your account.
– They don’t have to be leashed, unless they are unfriendly to children, strangers, or farm animals.
Scope of Services Provided by The Rileys
Miles & Michelle Riley conduct outfitter trips for their friends. Trips are arranged to include River Services and Lodging. All trade practices with the Rileys are private & personal between your family/group and the Rileys.
All equipment is personally owned by Miles & Michelle Riley.
